The STARPEX App and the STARPEX brand as a whole is owned and operated by PIK U LLC. By signing up with STARPEX App you agree to operate within the confines of our terms of agreement and service. The operation of the STARPEX App means you agree to the terms they are established. By signing up to operate as a trainer or in any capacity as a user on STARPEX App you consent to a background check in addition to acting within a professional, morally upstanding, and fair manner. In addition, the safety of both the trainer and the client. In order to receive training in a way that conforms to our terms and conditions all parties involved must be operating within our application and platform. All trainers operating under the STARPEX App platform are regarded as independent contractors. STARPEX App is in no way able to control the actions and activities of individual users within our platform. We are not liable for any damage or harm resulting from any action or activity on our platform. You should not rely on this platform or any information or practice as a substitute, nor does it replace professional medical, diagnosis, or treatment. At any time should any user, customer, independent contractor or general participant, posesser or user of our application be found in violation of our terms, conditions, regulations or bylaws can be removed from our platform or affiliation with or without notice.

Weight loss and fitness results are subject to but not limited to the following; age, gender, metabolic rate, level of activity, and state of health. Individual results will vary. The use of, installation of, possession of or general application of our platform does not guarantee any inherent result. Any and all outcomes of our platform are based upon the level of interaction placed directly into the utilization of our platform.

Participation as a general contractor utilizing the STARPEX App is an entirely self driven and directed process. Any prior success of any existing or prior clients/customers is by no means a representation of every experience. Results will vary depending on varying factors such as background, dedication, desire, motivation, etc. STARPEX App and PIK U LLC is under no obligation to reimburse general contractors who utilize our platform for lack of processional, monetary, personal or any other measure of success. General contractors utilize our platform at their own risk and at their own digression.

The STARPEX App does not collect any information, private or public, from a user/client unless freely and knowingly provided. Information collection can include, but not limited to, the following; name, age, mailing address, email address. You may be required to submit information such as, but not limited to the following; credit card information or banking information. STARPEX App does not sell collected information to third parties. We may provide your information to trusted parties for the purpose of analysis and refinement of our product and services. STARPEX App and PIK U LLC reserves the right to change their terms and conditions at any time. Any changes in policy, regulation, etc. will be done so with transparency and reasonable notice. Continued usage of our platform after any and all changes in policy will be treated as knowing and willful acceptance of stated changes. At no time will any person or persons be able to utilize the STARPEX platform without a stated and informed agreement to our policies, terms and conditions. Any usage of our platform outside of the agreed upon terms, conditions and policies can be met with immediate removal from our platform with notice.
